Custom Ag Solutions partners with the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Risk Management Agency (RMA) and other agencies on a range of Risk Management Education (RME) and Research and Development (R&D) projects. Custom Ag Solutions also works as a subcontractor to other USDA/RMA partners.

Since 2004, CAS has worked with RMA on over 200 different projects to educate and inform producers of dozens of crops across 49 states – we’re just missing Hawaii…boy are we missing Hawaii!

For 2018-2020, CAS is working with USDA/RMA and other partners to deliver risk management and crop insurance information and training in Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Finally, CAS is excited to be funded by USDA/NIFA for a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I award to conduct research seeking to improve the marketing results of small and mid-size cattle producers.
