Welcome

Custom Ag Solutions (CAS) works with government agencies, universities, and private enterprise on competitive-bid contracts, partnerships, and grants.  We focus on agriculture-oriented projects related to risk management, crop insurance, valuation, and feasibility.

CAS offers a range of training programs to improve the stability, efficiency, and productivity of beginning and traditional agriculture producers across the U.S.

Many of our recent projects have been conducted in partnership with the USDA's Risk Management Agency (RMA).  We are also proud to be partnered with the following educational organizations:

  • Kansas State University,
  • Montana State University,
  • Utah State University Extension, and
  • University of Wyoming Cooperative Extension.

Most of our projects involve 1) educating America's agricultural producers about risk management and crop insurance and/or 2) researching and developing new risk management programs and tools for U.S. agricultural producers.

Custom Ag Solutions in no way participates in the sale or administration of crop insurance policies.  To locate a crop insurance agent, please visit the RMA website.

Our team members have special expertise in the areas of farm and ranch financial management, risk management education, farm and ranch appraisals, crop insurance product development, and information technology consulting.  The combined experience of the CAS team includes key roles in over 60 different RMA projects related to more than 40 different commodities.
